When to post: As your campaign is ending or the following day.

Thank you to all of our backers for helping us reach our goal and making our project a reality!

There are a couple steps that need to take place:

  1. Kickstarter/Indiegogo will process credit card payments and transfer over the funds. This process can take roughly 2 weeks to complete.
  2. We will be working with the CrowdOx team to send you an easy-to-use survey to collect your shipping address as well as allow you to configure your rewards and choose add-ons if need be.

Hold tight while we work out the next couple steps! We will give you a heads up before we send the survey so you know to watch out for it. Our ability to fulfill orders really depends on receiving the survey information so please get it back to us as quickly as you can.
