When the surveys have launched, individual survey links are sent to each backer via email. Depending on the number of backers, the process of sending the invite emails can take from a few minutes to several hours. Backers should be advised to allow time to receive their link after you've notified them of the launch.

As a reminder, incomplete surveys (Invited or In Progress status) will receive another invite email containing their survey link 2 days after launching. An additional reminder email will send 3 days after the last. Reminder emails will continue to send , increasing the amount of time between reminder emails, until the backer completes the survey your you've closed the surveys. What if the backer hasn't received the survey invite email?

If a backer is reporting that they haven't received their survey invite email, and it has been 24 hours since launch, there are a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve this for the backer. First, have them check their spam/junk folders for the emai and confirm the backer is checking and using the correct email address. Second, provide the backer with the Survey Retrieve Link.
