There may be instances where you don't want a reward level visible to other backers. This is common when reward levels have sold out and you no longer want them to be available as an upgrade option during the survey. If you've created a special reward level exclusively for specific orders, you'll want to hide the reward level to ensure other backer's don't see it as an upgrade option. When the reward level is hidden, only orders within the reward level will have access.
How to hide a reward level:
1) Select your source.
Select Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Crowd Ox from the left menu.
2) Edit reward level.
Click on the pencil to the right of the reward level to edit.
3) Review the "Allow Upgrades to this Configuration" box.
Make sure this box does not contain a checkmark. If it does, click within the box to uncheck.
4) Save Configuration.
