As a pre-order/late-backer you may not have access to the project through Kickstarter or Indiegogo. However, you can still reach the project via email if you have questions about the project and shipping.
How to reach the project:
After you've submited your name and email address as a pre-order/late-backer pledge, you will receive an email. If the surveys are live, your email will contain a button to complete your survey.
If the surveys are not ready, the email will simply acknowledge that your information was received and the survey invite email will be sent at a later date.
At the bottom of each of those emails, you'll find the email address to reach the project.
